This COâ‚‚ decaffeinated coffee is a blend of high-altitude beans from two celebrated Guatemalan farms: Finca El Tambor and Finca Los Humitos. Grown between 1,500–1,860 metres and composed of Arabica varietals including Bourbon, CatuaÃ, and Caturra, the lot is fully washed before undergoing COâ‚‚ decaffeination, a gentle, chemical-free process that preserves the coffee’s full flavour.
Expect a smooth, sweet cup with notes of honey, wafer, and brown sugar, rounded out by a soft hazelnut finish. A comforting choice for any time of day, with none of the caffeine.
